Cancellation Policy

Creative Education Australia Booking, Cancellation and No Show Policy Life happens – we get it! But to help us stay organised and offer the best support to every student, here's how our cancellation policy works: More than 24 hours' notice? No problem at all – you can cancel or reschedule for free. Between 24 hours and 1 hour before your session? There's a $30 late cancellation fee. Less than 1 hour's notice or a no-show? A $50 fee applies to cover the missed session. For in-home tutoring: If I arrive with everything ready to go, but the student is unexpectedly unable to begin the session (which can happen sometimes, especially with learning and support needs), the usual cancellation fee will still apply. I completely understand these moments can't always be avoided, and I appreciate your understanding as I try to manage my time and preparation fairly for all students. In these cases, the planned session work will still be left with you or made available through Google Classroom, with a direct link sent via email for easy access. Bookings for classes or courses will be open 60 days before the start of the class/course.
